I'm so excited about the new hall light I purchased from Joss and Main (click
here to join). I ordered it last weekend and received it Tuesday. Quick shipping! We're putting it up this weekend and I can't wait to see how it looks in our downstairs hallway, especially with the wallpaper in the background.
I've always loved the
sangria mix by Williams Sonoma and just bought the white one. I can't wait to have some friends over to enjoy with me!
I've been seeing a lot of painting projects recently using Annie Sloan's Chalk Paint. There is a consignment store near me that sells it. I have a few pieces of furniture to paint and am looking forward to trying it out! Here is a picture (taken with my iPhone) of the available colors:

I was at the mall last night and decided to browse the women's section at Bloomingdale's. That was a bad idea because I wanted so much, but had to remind myself that I really can't buy much since I just had a baby and I won't be this size for too long. The maxi dress I tried on isn't available online, but here is a similar one. I love the Aqua line- they have a ton of great pieces!
I just picked up my "push present" from my husband. I used to wear a gold necklace with the charms "A" and "E." A for my cousin, Alex, who passed away and E for myself. Then, Ellie accidentally broke my chain while I was holding her. When I found out I was pregnant I wanted to replace the necklace and use the "E" charm and buy a similar one for baby #2. About two weeks before I was due I found a local jewelry store that was able to order the same charm with the "S" for Summer. I contemplated ordering one from Etsy, but decided to order locally since I knew exactly what I was buying. Here is a quick photo taken with my iPhone:
